OEB Market Operations Hotline

For enquiries by energy sector licensees about regulatory requirements, or to report a compliance concern to the Board, call the market operations hotline. The OEB is located at 2300 Yonge Street on the northwest corner of Yonge & Eglinton (reception - 27th floor). The office is easily accessible from the subway, at the Eglinton TTC station.

The OEB has a number of facilities available to the public, including the Information Resource Centre and Public Records Room. Two hearing rooms are also open to the public when a hearing is in progress. Please phone ahead to ensure the facility and information that will best suit your needs is available.
