Hearings and Decisions
Welcome to the OEB Hearings and Decisions section, where you'll find information about the regulatory hearing process. The Board carries out its functions, such as approving and amending rates, rules and certain business transactions, through an adjudicative (court-like) process.
The Hearings and Decisions section also has information on current applications being reviewed by the Board, a hearing schedule, links to transcripts of hearings that have taken place, and major decisions issued by the Board. You can also find out how to participate in the hearing process, as well as listen to a hearing in process (if one is scheduled).
REGULATORY ACTIVITIES CALENDAR
The new Regulatory Activities Calendar is an easy to browse application for upcoming hearings and other regulatory events. The Calendar provides times, locations and details of the events, as well as background information and links to listen in (when available).
