Stakeholder Consultations on Regulatory Barriers to CDM (EB-2007-0097)
Over the past few years the Ontario Energy Board has worked with stakeholders to identify and remove regulatory barriers to CDM, to the extent possible within the scope of the Board's oversight on this issue. In April and May 2007 Board staff consulted with stakeholders to identify whether there are any remaining regulatory barriers within the control of the Board that can be addressed.

The Board has posted a revised schedule of meetings to be held across the province to discuss CDM, and in particular, regulatory barriers to CDM. Parties wishing to attend any one of the meetings should send an email to CDM@oeb.gov.on.ca. |

The Board has issued a letter advising parties that it has delayed the commencement of consultations on CDM that will be held across the province. A revised schedule of meetings is included in Appendix A of the letter. |

The Board has issued a letter inviting parties to participate in a number of meetings to be held across the province to discuss CDM, and in particular, regulatory barriers to CDM. Parties wishing to attend any one of the meetings should send an email to CDM@oeb.gov.on.ca. The letter also addresses the issue of cost awards.
