Consultation on the Practice Direction on Cost Awards (EB-2007-0683)

The Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) has initiated a consultation process on certain cost awards issues, namely, eligibility for cost awards and the adequacy of the cost awards tariff. The consultation is intended to assist the Board in determining whether there is a need to change the Board’s Practice Direction on Cost Awards on those issues.
