Demand Side Management (DSM) Guidelines for Natural Gas Distributors (EB-2008-0346)
Union Gas Limited and Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. have filed DSM plans with the Board since 1995. The most recent DSM plans approved by the Board expire in 2009. Natural gas distributors are therefore expected to submit new DSM plans for the Board’s review and approval before the end of 2009. As a result, the Board has initiated a consultation process to develop guidelines for DSM to be used by natural gas distributors in developing their next generation DSM plans.
