Multi-Year Incentive Rate Regulation for Natural Gas Utilities - Consultation Process (EB-2006-0209)
As part of the Ontario Energy Board's NGF report issued on March 30, 2005, the Board concluded that it would develop a multi-year incentive regulation plan for setting natural gas utility rates. The Board commenced a consultation process that led to Board staff's Discussion Paper on a potential incentive regulation framework for natural gas utilities. This consultation process is now over. However, the Board held a combined proceeding that determined the multi-year incentive rate mechanisms for Union Gas Limited and Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (EB-2007-0606 / EB-2007-0615).
