Consultation on Proposed Changes to the Electricity Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements (EB-2009-0161)
The Ontario Energy Board released for comment proposed amendments to the Board’s Electricity Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements (“RRR-Electricity”) which are contained in the documents posted below. The amendments relate principally to the reporting requirements applicable to distributors, retailers and the Independent Electricity System Operator (“IESO”). No substantive changes are proposed to the reporting or record-keeping requirements applicable to transmitters, nor is it proposed to introduce any reporting or record-keeping requirements for wholesalers or generators at this time.
The effective date of these proposed changes will be January 1, 2010.
