Notice of Proposed Amendment to the Natural Gas Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements: Rule for Gas Utilities (EB-2009-0162)
The Ontario Energy Board has released for comment proposed amendments to the Natural Gas Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements: Rule for Gas Utilities (“RRR-Gas for Utilities”) contained in the documents posted below.
The effective date of these proposed changes will be January 1, 2010.
