Addendum for 2007 Smart Metering Rates
The Board issued an Addendum to its Report of the Board on Cost of Capital and 2nd Generation Incentive Regulation for Ontario's Electricity Distributors (the CoC/IR Report) to provide direction and filing requirements for smart metering rate adders for 2007 electricity distribution rates.
