Combined Proceeding (EB-2007-0063)
The Ontario Energy Board has initiated a combined proceeding to determine issues related to the recovery of costs incurred by distributors that are associated with discretionary metering activities.

On August 8, 2007 the Board issued a Decision with Reasons for the smart meter cost recovery combined proceeding (EB-2007-0063). Appendix “A” to the Decision has been issued in both a non-confidential and a confidential form. The non-confidential appendix aggregates the costs; the confidential appendix (available only to parties that signed the Board’s standard form of Declaration and Undertaking for maintaining confidentiality). |

This Procedural Order provides the direction regarding the hearing of objections to requests for confidentiality, and the opportunity for replies. A timetable for examination of witness panels is also provided. |
