April 14, 2008 - Hydro One Networks Inc. has filed two independent joint applications with Whitby Hydro Electric Corporation and Peterborough Distribution Inc. for licence amendments and leave to sell distribution assets for the purpose of eliminating long term load transfer arrangements. Since the two applications raise the same issues, the Board will combine these proceedings. |
